Set in December 1944, against the war-torn and snow-covered Belgian landscape as
World War II pushes toward a brutal climax, Perdition follows the journey of a lone
American soldier, who miraculously survives a POW camp execution..
As he ventures into the bone-chilling unknown to save himself and precious cargo
salvaged from the camp, a ruthless Nazi SS officer on horseback
discovers his tracks and becomes obsessed with hunting him down.
In the tone of The Revenant and No Country for Old Men, this is a story of a war between
two minds; of survivor’s guilt and of the relationship between hunter and hunted.
